8. Account Closure & Suspension

• Violations will result in a warning first, followed by a temporary suspension, and a permanent ban for repeated offences.
• To close your account, please submit a request to our support team.
• Self-exclusion requests under responsible gaming will take effect immediately.
• Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will generally be refunded, except in cases of fraud.
